Boards of Canada is an odd band I fell in love with ever since I picked up their album "Geogaddi". I especially love "Music is Math". No particular reason why. Their music is purely ambient and a headset full of it makes any task more... interesting.

So I was riding the bus home yesterday, and on the bus I saw a drag queen or transvestite or transsexual. I'm not certain, but I was quite certain that this was a man in women's clothing. I got back from the Dallas Auto Show, at the convention center downtown.

I took a bus downtown, but before I went to the show, I wandered around downtown Dallas a bit. One thing I found that was odd was a little Chinese take-out restaurant in the One Main Place courtyard called Cafe Orient. The place was cheap, and kinda out of the way. The ( Read more... )
